Shipped from France to HK using DHL or equivalent

Client inquiry from France:

Dear Nicolas,

Value is close to 150K USD

It will be shipped from France to HK using DHL or equivalent.

It then needs to be shipped to our factory in China for processing and assembly.
Can you confirm you can avoid custom tax when entering China as the goods are only going there to be processed ?
